Tustin is based at its Red Scar Business Park in East Preston from where it manages its property portfolio of offices, shops, warehousing, industrial, residential and car parking premises. It currently manages around 200 properties let in eight different locations as well as controlling its own refurbishment and new build schemes.

Recent projects include Ribble Court Phase 2 to provide a further 14,000 sq ft of business space to the existing fully let 28,000 sq ft of Phase 1 All of Ribble Court and indeed the wider Red Scar Business Park is presently fully let, although we welcome enquiries in the event of space becoming available in the future . Tustin Heights at St Annes , providing 35 luxury apartments to let, completed early  in September 2019 and is presently fully occupied.

COVID-19  Important Update 

Notwithstanding the ongoing situation, our office remains open but following Government advice regarding social distance guidelines. Visitors are currently  not permitted without a prior appointment. If our office is closed, our answering machine will be set with emergency contact details. We are  ensuring that all our managed buildings comply with Government guidelines regarding buildings in terms of cleaning regimes, use of lifts and signage.
